Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a full replacement or refund immediately.

Return Process

  Ensure your furikake seasoning is unopened, in its original packaging, and within 14 days of the delivery date.

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos if the product arrived damaged.

  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack your items and use the provided return label to ship the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
